Du willst im Angesicht der kommenden Regierung noch Gebrauch von dem Selbstbestimmungsgesetz machen? Eigentlich geht das ganz einfach: du kannst einen Brief mit bestimmten Daten schreiben, das Original per Post an das Standesamt schicken und kriegst einen Termin in drei Monaten! Leider ist das Standesamt Nürnberg ein bisschen eigen und möchte ein spezifisches Formular…das ist rechtlich nicht bindend, du kannst das auch frei machen aber dann wird es in unserer Erfahrung nicht akzeptiert. Die Stadt besteht auf dieses Formular. Falls jemand diese Erfahrung auch gemacht hat und dagegen klagen möchte könnt ihr euch gerne bei QAF melden! Da die Stadt das Formular aber nicht öffentlich zur Verfügung stellt, machen wir das jetzt 😊 ihr findet es ahier als PDF zum Download.
Uns ist wichtig zu betonen, das die Identität jedes Menschen, egal was in deren Ausweis steht, valide ist und geachtet werden muss! Wir wissen aber das es einiges erleichtert, sich nicht ständig erklären und andere verbessern zu müssen. Deshalb wollen wir hier einen Niedrigschwelligen Zugang schaffen.

We want self-determination!
Do you want to make use of the Self-Determination Act in the face of the upcoming government? It’s actually quite simple: you can write a letter, send the original by post to the registry office and get an appointment in three months! Unfortunately, the registry office in Nuremberg is a bit particular and wants a specific form…this is not legally binding, you can also do it freely, but in our experience it will not be accepted. The city insists on this form. If anyone has had this experience and would like to take legal action against it, you are welcome to contact QAF! However, as the city does not make the form publicly available, we are doing this now 😊 You can find here as a PDF for download.
It is important to us to emphasize that the identity of every person, no matter what is written on their ID, is valid and must be respected! However, we know that it makes things easier not to have to constantly explain yourself and improve others. That is why we want to create low-threshold access here.
